For those who didn’t know yet, I am on Twitter. I am so fond of Twitter that I tweet from my mobile, from my desktop, while I’m having a meal. I’m on Twitter since 3 months now and have attended about 3 tweet ups via Twitter, I mean the BIG Tweet ups. We do have small tweet ups on regular basis and they are hell lot of fun!!

How did I get in touch with John?
I was confused with the domain(s) I should use for this website. I had 2 domains in mind, actually 3.
1) iTwit.in – I bought this
2) iTweet.in
3) Tweet.in (Actually taken, had to buy from the owner)

The domain costs $14 each and I was short of funds since I needed hosting + domain + had some fixes to be done in the script. After the fixes were done I tweeted John asking him which domain would suit my tinyurl website since he had more experience than me and was on a holiday in China. John told me to buy iTwit and iTweet and I was like – WTF lol .. I was confused. I asked many other people about which domain should I go with, I got many tweets saying that I should go with iTwit.in since it was short by a letter and made some sense for a tinyurl service. Now what happens is, I tell John that I am financially ripped on my paypal balance since I transferred my funds just 2 days back and I have hosting bill coming up + money only for a domain and I can’t buy both the domains unless he pays for one of them as a gift (Evil Grin). He offered me $50 to start my venture and I was confused. I offered him 9 CN domains with 200+ days value, but he declined. We are only Twitter friends, why would he give me $50 just because I wanted to start this shorturl website yadda yadda. Ok after a few exchanges of tweets, he told me when/If I make profit out of that site I should give him a cut. I was fine with that 🙂 But will a TinyURL website made exclusively for Twitter make ANY profit? I highly doubt that. But I have offered John 12 months of free advertising on the site, whenever he wants it. If the site grows big its probably going to be a money plant – ahaha! John tested the service too! He made a tinyurl to a post on his blog iTwit.in/footer and tweeted his followers to check it out.

500 Subscribers! Sensonize.com has finally crossed a milestone! I have been busy with studies and exams hence have not been able to blog much. But I promise, there are more ways you could “Make Money Online”. In fact, I have another post coming up on “How to make money online with Paid Reviews”. Sensonize.com has been growing extremely fast! In the past 7 months it has received 285k Page Views and 173k Visitors. Thats aprox 40k Page Views and 24k visitors every month! Thats not it! Now when you search for “Sensonize” or “Sensonize.com” on Google there are more than 20k search results!!

To mark this achievement Sensonize.com has got a new look, dofollow links and more content! 😀 As you guys can see, Sensonize.com  is now more SEO friendly, easy to look at and much better than the old look! Oh yes, I also got a new tagline for Sensonize.com – “I make money online by telling how to make money online”. Now many of you might think that this is the same as John Chow has.. But his tagline till last week said “I make money online by telling people how much money I make online”. After I changed it, I see him changing to a similiar one as mine.. haha!

New Platform for bloggers and Social Networkers
Sensonize.com ‘might’ come up with a new WordPress platform for bloggers and social networkers. It will likely be some what like Facebook but with a touch of blogging. The registered users can make their own blog(s) and will have 25 MB space to upload their images/videos/data per blog. I know Blogspot offers way more than this(They offer 1 GB space), then why? Why choose this? A simple reason would be latest wordpress with social networking. You can choose from a rage of themes and plugins to use them with WordPress 100% free!! But WordPress.com already offers this service for free, then why choose us? WordPress.com has limitations and ads(If you din’t know), but we will have NO LIMITS on the Bandwidth and will have only a backlink in the footer or a 468×60 banner in the footer. You can monetize the blog as you like! There are no limits to posting whatsoever! I’m still thinking over this and also calculating the total cost for this and seeing the features of the script. Many of you guys might have noticed that I have taken off the CJ ads from the blog because they refuse to pay me the affiliate comission I made. Reason? The advertiser says that transactions worth $15,000+ were fraud!!! I mean c’mon!! FRAUD? When I ask them what do they mean by ‘FRAUD’? They say that those transations were duplicated or were made by illegal sources. I understand their reason of illegal sources but why won’t they pay me if the transactions were dupilicate? I mean c’mon! If they store a cookie into the visitors computer and the vistor orders twice does the transaction become FRAUD? In fact, they should pay me double the amount!!

I was marketing Hostgator and $15,000 from $15,700 something were sales that I made for the popular web host, Hostgator. Now what happens is, many of us know that Hostgator offers a 1 CENT plan which is extremely popular. CJ counted those orders also as ‘FRAUD’ . That is non of my concern what the visitor orders when I send him to Hostgator. He can order the 1 cent plan or he can buy a dedicated server, my commission should be as it was fixed.The waiting time for Hostgator which I believe is 120 days is another negative factor. First they make you wait, then they claim that your transactions were FRAUD! Another negative factor is that you get $100 for a shared web hosting plan and you get the same amount for a dedicated sale. Their major negative point is that it takes about 30 days for CJ to clear the payment from your Indian Bank account. So yes, CJ is full of negative factors and I hardly see any positive factors for Indians or International affiliates.

What is next?
Well, I’m not at all upset about it!! Glad I came to know that CJ is a fraud before I continued sending clients and filled their pockets and waited for my payment which was likely never to come. In India, it takes upto 60 days to verify your transaction + 15 days for them to verify your commissions + 15 days to deliver the cheque and about 30 days for the cheque to clear your bank(The cheuqe is in USD) = 120 days of complete waste of time! I know many Indians make money with CJ, but is the time worth waiting? If you are in direct contact with the company, you can get your payment within 65 days of the transaction and via Paypal.

I will no longer join any Affiliate Companies since I have completely lost hope and trust in them. I joined CJ after seeing the positive responses, but those positive responses were of the people who joined CJ about 1 month back and were happy seeing their ‘Balance’ grow on CJ. Note: CJ adds balance even for the 1 cent/offer sales and then deducts it later, after 60-80 days.

I’m very dissapointed to say that CJ is a BIG SCAM. It might be paying its affiliate users but not all! CJ shows high hopes to newbies of $100/sale(even for the 1 cent plan) and then crashes them later!! If I placed the adbrite ads for 120 days on Sensonize.com, I could have easily made about $1,000 which is a very good amount compared to a double with CJ.

All you guys wasting your time on CJ think over again, is it even worth your time? Good luck!
